Taste & See Meal Planning Guides // They're Here!
After a couple of months of hard work, and the help of a number of AMAZING recipe testers, I have finally launched the Taste & See Meal Planning Guides! Sooo exciting. In each pack of these meal planning guides (Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer versions) I have included 4 weeks worth of amazing, seasonal recipes that aim to help you find JOY in cooking again, even during the busiest of weeks.
When I started working full-time and tended to have far less free time on my hands, I found that during busy weeks we were eating the same dinners over and over again, and I tended to not be very prepared for work lunches (which meant that both my husband and I were having to buy lunch at work, and that just adds up over time). Since then, I have found that thinking ahead, planning a few key meals, and doing the grocery shopping before the week begins has helped my little family find balance and proper nourishment when time is short during work weeks and inspiration in the kitchen is at an all-time low.
About the Guides
Now these guides are not meant to be prescriptive, but rather to be flexible and easily adapted to your own dietary requirements and preferences, budget, and schedule. Each pack contains 4 weeks worth of meal ideas. Each week included in the pack includes:
2 breakfast recipes
4 main meal recipes
2 snack recipes
A shopping list
A printable page for you to plan your own week of meals
For now, we have an Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer 2018 pack, to cater for those living in either hemisphere. Each pack includes recipes that make use of seasonal ingredients for each season - in the A/W pack there are more recipes that will warm you up when it is chilly outside (think soups, stews, curries, and porridge), whilst the S/S pack includes fresh salads, smoothies, and seasonal fruit.
