It’s no secret that morning sickness can be a real struggle for many women who experience it during pregnancy (believe me, after navigating the last 9 months of crazy pregnancy hormones and days where food hasn’t been all that appealing, I’ve had to show myself a lot of grace and compassion when it comes to food and caring for my body).
