INTRODUCING Nourished Motherhood Patreon Page // plus a little taste of what you can expect

Over the past 3 years of running Taste & See, I have loved sharing informative content for all who have chosen to follow along. Although I love sharing what I do, but each post and resource that I put together requires a fair amount of time, effort, and money to put together.

Over the last year as I navigated my own pregnancy and postpartum journey, I have developed such a heart for women who want to learn how to naturally nourish themselves and make peace with food and their bodies before and during pregnancy and postpartum. As I’m sure you’ll have noticed, a lot of the content that I share on this platform as well as on my social media pages has moved towards the areas of women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum. This is because these times of transformation can be really tricky to figure out when you're in the thick of it, particularly with all of the information and opinions that are out there. I want to cut through the nonsense and provide you with content that you can trust and to hopefully make your experience as a mother-to-be and new mother a lot easier.

I have joined Patreon so that I can share informative resources and content that can help you through these periods of life, and would also love to establish a community of amazing women who can support and encourage one another along the way. My hope is that it will allow me to fund my website and professional development as a nutritionist, and that it will give me the chance to interact more with each of you on a more personal basis. I want to leave you feeling informed, empowered, and inspired to do what is best for you and your little one!

There is SO MUCH more that I want to share with each of you, and your support will allow me to focus on creating more awesome content, keep my knowledge of pregnancy and postpartum-related topics up to date, share social media and blog posts with a much wider audience, all while allowing me to also spend quality time with my daughter. It will also help me to support those of you who decide to pledge on your journey to motherhood and beyond. Each of your pledges will give me the mental space to focus on bigger and better projects in future!

I am so looking forward to getting to know and support each of you as we build this community of amazing mothers and mothers-to-be.

How does it work?

If you like what I share, would like to join this community of women, or you just want to help me, just head over to my Patreon page, choose how much you want to pledge per month (even $1 makes a difference!) and select some cool perks. Here are just a few examples of the tier options that are available:

What you can look forward to in October

This month I’ll be sharing some great content covering a range of different GI issues that affect women during pregnancy, including what to look out for, why they happen, and what you can do about them, as well as all-important information about how to prepare for that first postpartum 💩. I have included a few tasty recipes, including a compilation of 10 easy & healthy snack ideas that you can prepare ahead of the arrival of your little one so that you’ll always have quick, easy (one-handed!) snacks available in the early days of motherhood. Later this month I’ll also be sharing a great body scan meditation for both pregnant and postpartum mamas, including an audio recording to help guide you. If you’d like a taste of what kind of content you can expect, head over to the link below to download a sample of this month’s GI issue booklet.
